Unfair Agreements. If your Credit Agreement is unfair, and therefore unenforceable, our Solicitors can act on your behalf to have any outstanding debt written off! If you took it out before April 08 and you have over £1,000 left to pay, you could have a claim.

Bank Charges / PPi Refunds. If you've taken out payment protection insurance (PPi) on a loan, credit card, car loan, store card etc, you could be entitled to a REFUND that could be worth £1,000's. We can also recover all your unfair bank charges.
